🎓 Qualification:
✔ Matric (Science/Arts)
✔ Intermediate (FSC)
✔ Bachelor’s Degree

📌 Special Requirement:
- Matric with Science (Physics & Math) – At least 2nd division
- Preference will be given to FSc (Physics & Math) candidates
📅 Age Limit: 17 to 21 years (as of March 20, 2025)
🔹 Experience: No prior experience required
👨 Gender: Only male candidates can apply
🌍 Domicile: Pakistani citizen (local preference)
🔧 Skills Required: Basic science & mathematics knowledge; willingness for technical training
Stipend During Training:
💰 1st Semester (4 months): Rs. 12,184 per month
💰 2nd Semester (5 months): Rs. 15,230 per month
Terms & Conditions:
✔ Affidavit: Selected candidates must submit a Rs. 100/- stamp paper affidavit, signed by a surety
✔ Employment: Jobs may be offered based on WIL’s requirements (not guaranteed)
✔ Bond Deed: Must serve for 6 years; early exit requires refunding full training cost + Rs. 50,000 penalty
🏠 Accommodation: Hostel facility is available on a first-come, first-served basis
